Tomorrow my family will head out for a 12 hour road trip home to visit with my family. There are 2 essential oils I WILL NOT be without. First, is peppermint. Good to help my husband and I keep alert while driving. I will put a little on a tissue and place in the air vent to help us all out. When we are starting to feel a little tired we simple place a few drops in the palm of the hand, rub together then hold our hands to our nose and inhale.
